SCOPE helps people with cerebral palsy. Eighteen hundred babies are born with cerebral palsy each year - a condition for which there is no known cure. That is 1 in 400 children who are affected. SCOPE works with these children and their families to help them live independent lives.

NSPCC
"Cruelty to children must stop - full stop!"
The NSPCC's mission is to end cruelty to children with its 'full stop' campaign. It provides support to children and their families, lobbies key decision makers for more protective laws and aims to change public attitudes so child abuse can be tackled by society as a whole.
In 2007/2008 the NSPCC raised over £127 million - one of their best ever years.
Childline is a free service available 24 hours a day in the UK. Specially trained volunteers advise, counsel and comfort children when they feel they have nobody else to turn to.
This service is staffed by 1,400 volunteers and answers calls from children and youngsters looking for advice and protection.

Established in 1949, SOS Children's Villages is a non-governmental organisation that focuses on children's rights in 132 countries around the world.
